Joe S. was professional and thoroughly explained the work that was done. We had a minor rebuild of a frost spigot and a tankless water heater descale. Price possibly on the higher side, though the ease of scheduling and efficiency of the work balanced this out in my opinion.

Water fill valve in toilet suddenly went bad. Looked online and this business was the first to pop up. I gave them a call. Fortunately for me, there was a cancellation which made it possible for a plumber to stop by. Nyle came through and quickly assessed the problem. The office called me back and gave me a quote. It was fairly reasonable so I decided to pull the trigger. Needless to say, it was a good decision on my part. Nyle replaced the valve lickety-split (very quickly for you youngins 😂). My 🚽 is back in business. I would definitely utilize their services again.

I have an old house nearing 80 years old, and have had water flooding in the basement issues ~ once per year since moving in 5 years ago. After having multiple plumbing companies out to assess, it became evident immediately that Plumbing Tech was the company for the job. While other companies seemed interested in only extracting money from us (obviously ineffective solutions, unnecessary jetting), technician Alex displayed honesty and integrity in how he handled the situation. He was thorough in his diagnosis of the problems, and presented us with 4 options of varying cost. We ended up getting a complete exterior storm system replacement, which took 9 full days to complete. Every time a new challenge arose during the project, Alex and his team of Will and Bushoy handled it with grace and professionalism. Not only that, but the quoted price remained the same from the beginning of job to end. The team went above and beyond in every imaginable way. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and they never once acted annoyed or bothered by this. The answers to these questions and all of the failsafes that the team put in make me feel 100% safe that my basement will never have a flooding issue again from the storm water, and we can safely have the lower half of our house back. Frank from the office was also a pleasure to work with in the leadup to the project, who also displayed exemplary patience in interacting with someone who is as particular as I am about details. In short, if you have work that needs done (especially large scale projects), Plumbing Tech, and Alex + team are who you want. From my experience at least, they are the most honest plumbing company around, who you can be assured will act with integrity and kindness through all of your plumbing stresses.

Plumbing Tech did a great job for us but it goes further than that. I selected them blindly needing a plumber and looking them up on the internet. I selected them as they state "Family Owned/Run" Alex and William were fantastic as was Frank and the rest of "family" From my first call to the finished job, they were helpful and treated the quoting process as educational on any aspects that we had questions. Super communication, punctual, making sure all our concerns were addressed and resolved our problem as consummate professionals. We are glad to have joined the Plumbing Tech family. Supply Tech was EXCELLENT! Justis was absolutely wonderful to work with. He took the time to fully review our options for extending our gas line for a Gas Kitchen Stove; explaining how it would done, materials used and the overall scope of work. He even acknowledged that while this would be a difficult job, he thoroughly went through our home to plan out the best option for us. Additionally, Supply Tech even gave included an emergency gas shut off at no charge. All in all, would definitely use them again in the future!

Office contact, service manager, and technician were all outstanding, knowledgeable, and timely. I was impressed with the no cost in house quote for a relatively small problem leak. I requested added information regarding a sump problem that was provided with thoroughness and professionalism. We had new counters and needed the kitchen and 1 bathroom sink plumbing reworked with 2 new faucets Installed. Plumbing Tech was booked out when I called in however they ended up with a cancellation and called. Ryan came out, provided quick and fair pricing upfront. Water tank went bad called them they said they were booked but they will try to fit me in. In less than an hour they called back and said they were able to get us in on same day. We have used Plumbing Tech twice and been very satisfied. The price was the exact what they told us. Plumbing Tech is very professional. Professionally done work. Tech clearly told us in simple terms what needed to be done, patiently answered our questions, and when additional work was discovered made sure we were clear on what was needed, and why. Had to come back for a second day, and cheerfully worked around our schedule and stayed late to finish. Will call them again if we have other plumbing projects.

We had an unexpected leak with a pipe in our basement. Elias was able to diagnose the problem and work with our restoration company to get us back up and dry quickly and professionally. I want to share my positive experience with Kyle! At first, I contacted a few different plumbers and only Plumbing Tech replied. I needed a water heater the most but I also had other issues. I felt when Kyle first came to my house he was the man for the job. Plumbing Tech worked within my budget to tell me exactly what I could expect in price depending on how much, or little I wanted. I decided on getting everything fixed since I felt Kyle was going to do a great job. I've had other plumbers over and the jobs were done satisfactory, though I did end up fixing one myself. I got a new water heater, new utility sink, multiple valves, and a new garage faucet. The job done was excellent in my opinion. Plumbing Tech LLC., used quality parts and Kyle installed them professionally. Honestly, I told Kyle it was the best plumbing job I have seen. I think the work was amazing! It makes my room look so much better! Now that I have water I can clean my house and hose off very dirty things outside. Thank you for running a responsible business! I appreciate the level of customer service in which few companies like yours have. You can trust Plumbing Tech to fix any plumbing issues in your home!

I had a great experience from start to finish. The owner personally took my call on a Sunday when I discovered I had no hot water, and by Monday I had a new tank installed. The communication throughout was excellent...from coordinating the appointment, to the thoughtful touch of sending a photo of the technician before arrival to walking me through the service options (Frank). Dylan, who handled the installation, was professional, skilled and easy to work with. Every part of the interaction felt organized, courteous, and reliable. Even though I already have a plumber I trust and have used for years, this company definitely impressed me I'd call them again and recommend them to others . Great overall experience. Dylan came twice to unclog a very clogged pipe (which unfortunately runs under our slab). He was very professional and was very helpful explaining both his work and our options. I can't thank plumbing tech enough for all of there help! We called late afternoon with a sewer back up issue in our basement, they arrived within an hour and a half, assessed the problem, walked me thru our options and had it fixed by the evening! My elderly mother had a blocked up kitchen sink that we couldn’t get fixed ourselves. Plumbing Tech was recommended by more than a couple residents in our village, so I gave them a call. They were able to come out the next day! They got the kitchen sink unclogged and ended up needing to redo the pipes underneath too. (I’ll try to attach a pic I took.) While they were here, they were also able to unclog a drain in our basement by our washer that we also couldn’t snake ourselves. They gave us a recommendation for the basement along with an estimate to fix some old piping/issues. Thank you Plumbing Tech for everything you’ve done for my mother!
